The colours go together well here. I like how the atmosphere and mood feel 'cool' and 'calm' as a result of the tones. The stars complement the sky effectively, along with the clouds, to offer a background that supports the subject.

The mouth seems a bit small. With it being done in another tool (pencil vs. pen), the difference is more marked. To remain consistent with the linework, having a thicker line would have worked better there. In terms of the anatomy of the creature, looking at stock photographs as a reference point may help.

Other than that, I like how you've made this creature unique through the patterns.
